Welcome to Raven Poker. By accessing or using our poker game management application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Important: Raven Poker is a management tool only. We do not facilitate, process, or handle any real-money transactions. All financial settlements between players must be conducted independently outside of our service.

5. Legal Compliance and Gambling Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Raven Poker complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Gambling laws vary by location, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with them.

Raven Poker is designed for social poker games among friends and is not intended for commercial gambling operations. We do not process payments, facilitate betting, or conduct gambling activities.

If poker games involving money are illegal in your jurisdiction, you should not use this service to organize such games.

6. Financial Settlements

Raven Poker calculates settlement amounts for your convenience but does not process, facilitate, or handle any financial transactions between players.

• We are not responsible for any disputes regarding payments
• Settlement calculations are provided "as is" without warranty
• You are responsible for verifying all calculations
• We have no liability for any financial losses

7. Intellectual Property

The Raven Poker service, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and source code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service (game names, player names, etc.), and by submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be:

• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Free from viruses or other harmful components
• Accurate, reliable, or complete

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raven Poker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors in calculations or data

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the service (if any), whichever is greater.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data at our discretion.
